    • Description

    Our 29 Liter Duffel Bag is perfect for everyday use or short trips. Made of durable polyester material with Nylon handles and removable shoulder strap. To the beach, to the gym, away for the weekend, you name it... this is the perfect duffel bag.

    • 10.5oz (360 gm) 100% polyester

    Screen Printing Independent Duffel Bags:

    When Printing our Polyester Duffel Bag please watch for 2 things when it comes to heat:

    1. At above 300°F you risk dye migration from the bag’s fabric to contaminate your print ink.
    2. At above 260°F you risk shrinking the nylon straps.

    Our recipe for success when printing this bag is below. Please do your own testing prior to production.

    • Use a Poly Blocker base print.
    • Cure inks at 245°F to 260°F for 45 sec in dryer. The lower the temperature the better.
    • Use a small pallet so the straps aren’t exposed to the Flash. (Covering the straps is recommended)
    • When placing on dryer belt make sure you tuck the Nylon straps inside bag, or cover them to protect from heat.

    Recommended Inks:

    • Guardian Grey (Poly Blocker) with 5% Catalyst. 110 mesh screen.
    • Flash
    • 741 Polywhite, 110 mesh screen.

    Embellishing Techniques: Embroidery, Heat Transfer, Screen Print with Air Dry Inks.
